Double Toggle Oil Lubricated Jaw Crusher
Double Toggle Jaw Crushers use two toggle plates and hence the name. Such crushers do not rub the jaw plates with the material to be crushed and hence lead to lesser production of dust (very small crushed size), higher jaw plate life and lesser power consumption.
In this Double Toggle Jaw Crusher, SAE 40 oil is used to lubricate and cool the bearings as well as toggle-pitman-eccentric shaft mechanism. Oil is stored in an external oil tank (supplied with the machine), which is splashed inside the body after duly filtering in an oil filter and brought back into the oil tank for continuous filtration and lubrication
