Twin Shaft Vibrating Grizzly / Vibrating Grizzly Feeder

In any deck, the distance between two successive manganese steel castings or hole size of the deck(s) depends upon the required sizes of the segregated material. The hole sizes decrease in descending order of the deck position.

The Main Body is positioned on springs for ease of vibration and impact absorption. A line of springs is formed along the full width of the Main Body at the back end, which is the zone of maximum impact. Two sets of springs support the Main Body near both edges of the front end. The spring seats, which hold the springs at the bottom, are recommended for mounting directly on civil foundations, although steel structure may be used in special cases. The foundations (or steel structure) is so designed that the Main Body is inclined downwards at about 5o at the front end.
