Single Shaft Vibrating Grizzly
The Single Shaft Vibrating Grizzly is a reliable and cost effective equipment for segregating relatively smaller boulders at the pre-crushing stage.
The Main Body (also known as Basket) of this Grizzly is rectangular in shape, whose dimensions depend upon the required capacity and the lump sizes to be handled. It is fit with a single eccentric shaft (and hence the name) on the ends of which two equal unbalanced weights are mounted. The shaft assembly consisting of two Self Aligning Spherical Roller Bearings is designed keeping in the mind the dusty environment at Crushing and Screening Plants' sites. The Main Body is equipped with robust fitting arrangement of the deck(s), the quantity of which depends on how many segregations of the material the user is looking for.
