Vibrating Screen
In case of multiple decks, the particles segregated from the deck above fall on the lower deck and the process of segregation is repeated here also. Since, any lower deck will have smaller holes than in the deck above it, the material will finally get segregated into various sizes. The oversize is retained on the top deck.
Chute arrangement in front of and below the main body ensures that each segregated size is discharged separately.
CCS plans to add the Unbalanced Motor type Vibrating Screen to its product range very soon.
