Twin Shaft Vibrating Grizzly / Vibrating Grizzly Feeder

Number of required segregations of the uncrushed material is the criteria for deciding the number of decks of the Grizzly. The top deck must necessarily be of extremely robust and sturdy design to take on the impact from the big boulders. A long Wear Resistant Plate is used on the back portion of the top deck, because this is the zone where the falling boulders first come in contact with the Grizzly, exerting maximum impact. The front portion of the deck consists of thick, rail shaped, abrasion resistant castings of High Manganese Steel, fit longitudinally at different levels to form steps along the length of the Grizzly.

The lower decks (if any) are not subject to such high impact and therefore, are made from Perforated Steel Plate or Spring Steel Wire Mesh, depending upon the application.
